At this moment in time we are carrying out your Energy Performance Certificate (EPC) for as little as £50.00 depending on size and type of property .
Following on from Domestic EPCs we will be carrying out, in the very near future, Commercial Energy Performance Certificates.

1 Bedroom flat
only £50.00
2 & 3 Bedrooms flats
only £55.00
All houses up to 4 bedrooms
only £60.00
- For groups of 5 - 10 properties will receive a 10% discount
- For groups of 11 - 20 properties will receive a 15% discount
